APPLICATION FOR EXHIBIT SPACE
The Maryland Christmas Show® will be held in seven exhibition halls at the Frederick Fairgrounds in Frederick, Maryland, located 40 miles west of Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.

CATEGORIES OF EXHIBITORS
ARTS/CRAFTS: Completely handcrafted and work of the exhibitor. No kits, consigned goods, or commercial products.
COMMERCIAL: Specialty foods and a limited number of commercial products compatible to an arts & crafts market.
Space will be assigned on the basis of priority to qualified companies with products/services not already substantially represented in
the show. Please send a list of your upcoming shows, photographs or websites of representative merchandise and one of booth display.
Exhibitor staying the 2nd weekend may leave complete booth in place. Contract with general show information will be sent upon
acceptance of this application.

APPLICATION POLICY
Include a payment for 1/2 of the cost of space with application. Your check will be returned to you should application not be accepted.
